Tips from parents
- Open grassy lawns, walking paths and playground areas make this an easy stop for a picnic or a run-around.
- The former carousel building was renovated in 2025 and is now an events pavilion, so the carousel is no longer a ride to count on.
- Playground areas have little shade, so bring hats and sunscreen. Picnic tables and benches are in shaded spots.
- The park sits next to SAP Center and Little Italy, so check for event days before you drive. Parking nearby is paid.
