Parkour builds physical and mental strength using only your environment and body so that you can move more quickly, confidently, and creatively. This class utilizes indoor and outdoor environments to teach the fundamentals or gives you a space to sharpen them if you already have a little experience. All you need is athletic shoes and a bottle of water.
