Ages: Little kids 4–7, Big kids 8–12, Teens 13+
Learn the beautiful sport of rhythmic gymnastics with ropes, hoops, balls and ribbons. Class includes floor work to increase flexibility and strength, basic acrobatics skills, jumps, leaps, turns and balances, hand eye coordination and dance. All equipment provided. Dress code: Leotard required (gymnastics or ballet style leotard of any color). Shorts, leggings, or tights are also ok with leotard, but not required. No baggy shirts or pants. No tutus. Hair pulled back. Socks, barefoot, or half shoes (gymnastics slippers).
