An 85-minute class for tweens and teens who want to continue gymnastics beyond our orange levels. This class will focus on strength, conditioning, flexibility, and progressions for more advanced acrobatic skills such as round-offs, bridge kick overs, walkovers, handsprings, and aerials. Great for dancers and cheerleaders as well as participants in other sports who want to get stronger, improve agility, and have fun being upside down. Curriculum Includes: foundational tumbling skills like handstands, cartwheels, forward/backward rolls and bridges for those that demonstrate preparedness, intermediate tumbling skills like round-offs, bridge kick overs, walkovers, handsprings and aerials introduction to skills on bars and beam trampoline safety and body tension.
