Ages: Little kids 4–7, Big kids 8–12
Self-defense for all ages and for all different skill levels. Particularly we teach self-defense through the Chinese style of Kung Fu. This class will have contact. Please wear a dark colored shirt preferably with no logo and dark colored sweatpants or pants. You may bring a water bottle & hand towel to class.
