This fun and interactive workshop introduces children to the importance of healthy living through hands-on activities, games, and creative learning. Through exciting experiments, reading X-rays and age-appropriate lessons, children will discover how their brain and heart work and what they can do to keep them strong and healthy. Students will explore the basics of nutrition & hygiene while developing everyday life skills that promote a healthy active lifestyle. Offered through City of Dublin; register on the city site.
