Kids line up on the grass at the Polo Field and sprint 100 meters toward a group holding up turkey signs, with a turkey mascot there to greet them. It starts before the grown-up 5-mile run and 3-mile walk, so families can do both. Wet grass is common, so bring shoes that can get dirty.
